Webinar: “Simulation in Nursing Education: Scenario Building”
Simulation has emerged as an effective teaching methodology in nursing education. It integrates theoretical knowledge and practical application in controlled, pedagogically structured environments. This approach strengthens the development of technical and non-technical competencies while promoting clinical reasoning and evidence-based decision-making.
As a central component of nursing education, simulation is an innovative and essential pedagogical resource. The development of simulation scenarios based on scientific and methodological principles creates safe, reflective, and meaningful learning experiences that address the demands of current clinical practice and prepare critical, competent, and compassionate professionals.
This webinar is part of the MPIPrevEdu Project, whose mission is to support higher education institutions in sub-Saharan Africa in the training of nursing students in sustainable and innovative practices for preventing and controlling maternal peripartum infections.
